I spent over 30 years in people management and leadership positions in a global organisation and latterly public and not-for profit organisations before devoting myself full time to running my Career Development Practice. My experience in a variety of workplace environments strengthens the practical knowledge I bring to the training services I deliver.
I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute Personnel Development (Chartered MCIPD) and working within and alongside Human Resource (HR) for a number of years. I really understand how HR and hiring managers work, what they’re looking for and what turns them off.
Listing my professional credentials is all very well, but when you decide to look for support to make positive change in your life it’s important to find someone you feel you can work with and that you connect with, so let me tell you a bit more about myself to help you decide whether or not I might be right for you.

I am passionate about learning and always questioning and intrigued by life and I believe that this breadth of interest makes me a more effective trainer. I am not devoted to a particular training approach but I do believe that we all need to be understood and treated as individuals. What works for you might not work for someone else. It’s important that you feel that you get what is right for you, and to that end I will always be happy to answer any questions you have prior to beginning work.
